Tip #1: When you want to start a new quote, base it on an existing quote

If you want to start a new quote basing it on an existing quote, open the existing quote and choose File → Duplicate.

Additionally, you can insert all the line items from an existing quote into your currently open quote by choosing File → Insert Document.

Tip #2: When you want to edit and modify multiple line items in a quote

You can select all the items in the quote by choosing Edit → Select All. Select anywhere within the quote line items to unselect.

Modify all the selected items at the same time by choosing Edit → Line Attributes. Alternatively, you can right click and select Edit Line Attributes.

You can choose Edit → Select Special to select multiple line items based on criteria, like all lines that are sourced from a specific vendor or ItemType.

Tip #3: When you want to change the quantity of more than one line item at a time

You can choose Edit → Apply Multi-Line Changes to change the quantity or other properties for more than one line item at a time.
