QuoteWerks is honored to announce that it received the “Best Partner Involvement” award at the ASCII Edge 2026 event in Seattle, Washington.
The award was presented on May 28, 2026, and recognizes QuoteWerks’ continued engagement with the ASCII community and support for MSPs, VARs, IT solution providers, and technology resellers.
For QuoteWerks, this recognition is especially meaningful because partner involvement has always been an important part of how we work with the channel. For more than three decades, QuoteWerks has helped businesses create accurate quotes and proposals faster while supporting the practical sales, procurement, and customer-facing workflows that MSPs and IT solution providers depend on every day.
ASCII Edge Seattle gave the QuoteWerks team a valuable opportunity to reconnect with customers, partners, colleagues, friends, and prospective customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
While technology continues to change how businesses communicate, there is still no substitute for face-to-face conversations. Events like ASCII Edge give us the opportunity to hear directly from the people using, evaluating, and recommending QuoteWerks in the field.
These conversations help us better understand where MSPs and IT solution providers are seeing friction, how quoting and sales workflows are evolving, and where QuoteWerks can continue to improve.
Several important themes came up repeatedly during conversations in Seattle.
There was strong interest in the continued evolution of QuoteWerks Web, especially now that it can be deployed as a standalone browser-based quoting platform.
This creates new opportunities for organizations that want a modern web-based quoting solution without requiring a desktop dependency. For existing QuoteWerks Desktop customers, QuoteWerks Web also provides additional flexibility for hybrid workflows, remote users, and teams that need browser-based access while still maintaining the depth and familiarity of QuoteWerks.
As more businesses look for flexible, cloud-accessible tools, QuoteWerks Web continues to expand how teams can create, deliver, and manage quotes from wherever they work.
The QuoteWerks and Pax8 integration also generated strong interest from MSPs looking to streamline subscription quoting and procurement workflows.
MSPs are managing more cloud subscriptions, recurring services, vendor relationships, and customer-specific pricing than ever before. That complexity can create unnecessary manual work when teams have to move between quoting tools, vendor portals, spreadsheets, and procurement systems.
QuoteWerks helps reduce that friction by connecting the quoting process more closely with the systems and vendors MSPs already use. The continued interest in Pax8 reinforces the importance of helping MSPs quote subscription-based products and services more efficiently and accurately.
Another key topic was the upcoming Zapier capabilities for QuoteWerks.
For many organizations, quoting is not an isolated process. It connects sales, procurement, accounting, CRM, service delivery, customer communication, and follow-up activities. When those systems are disconnected, teams often rely on duplicate entry, manual reminders, and one-off internal processes.
Expanding automation options gives QuoteWerks users more ways to connect quoting with the rest of their business stack. With additional automation capabilities, teams will be able to reduce repetitive work, trigger follow-up actions, and create more efficient quote-to-cash workflows.
“We are honored to receive the Best Partner Involvement award at ASCII Edge Seattle 2026,” said Brian Laufer, Vice President of QuoteWerks. “The ASCII community has always been a valuable place for direct conversations with MSPs, IT business owners, partners, and industry peers. This award is meaningful because it reflects the time we invest in listening, participating, and continuing to support the channel.”
QuoteWerks has a long history of supporting IT solution providers with quoting and proposal software built for practical, real-world workflows. From CRM and PSA integrations to distributor pricing, product sourcing, approvals, e-signatures, payments, purchasing, procurement, and customer-facing quote delivery, QuoteWerks continues to help teams create accurate quotes faster.
QuoteWerks would like to thank The ASCII Group, the event organizers, and everyone who stopped by to speak with us in Seattle.
We appreciate the conversations, feedback, partnership, and continued support from the ASCII community. We look forward to continuing the conversations at future industry events and helping MSPs and IT solution providers improve the way they quote, sell, and deliver solutions to their customers.
